Ahmad Awais is an award-winning open-source engineer and a Google Developers Expert. As a principal developer advocate, he cares deeply about developers and developer experience. Awais has built hundreds of DevTools used by over 2 million developers like his Shades of Purple theme suit. He’s mostly known for his open-source community contribution in the Node.js Community Committee as well as a decade of that in the WordPress Core software (which empowers 1/3rd of the web).

Franziska has a Ph.D. in mathematics and is a senior engineer at Google working on the Cloud Platform team in New York City. She’s a member of the Node.js Technical Steering Committee and an expert on JavaScript performance. When she's not working hard on making Node.js better on the Cloud Platform, she's probably out riding horses.
Burke Holland
Burke Holland is a front-end developer living in Nashville, TN; the greatest city in the world. He enjoys JavaScript a lot because it's the only way he Node to Express himself. Get it? Never mind. Burke blogs only slightly better than he codes and definitely not as good as he talks about himself in the third person. Burke works on the Azure team at Microsoft on behalf of JavaScript developers everywhere.
Simona Cotin
Simona Cotin is a web developer with a passion for teaching. She spends most of her time tinkering with JavaScript in the cloud and sharing her experience with other developers at community events like meetups and conferences or online.
