Addy Osmani is an Engineering Manager working on Google Chrome. He leads up a Speed team focused on making the web fast. His team work on projects like Lighthouse and Workbox in addition to Google's guidance on how to keep sites loading quickly.

Tatiana Mac

Tatiana Mac is an independent American designer who works directly with organisations to build clear and coherent products and design systems. She believes the trifecta of accessibility, performance, and inclusion can work symbiotically to improve our social landscape digitally and physically.

Kent C. Dodds

Kent C. Dodds is a JavaScript engineer and teacher. He's also active in the open source community. He likes his family, JavaScript, and React.

Mina Markham

Mina Markham is a Senior Engineer at Slack. She’s a lover of design systems and prolific public speaker, appearing at events worldwide, including CSS Dev Conf, Fluent, and Future of Web Design. Mina also co-organizes Front Porch Conference. Previously at Hillary for America, her work on the Pantsuit pattern library has been spotlighted in WIRED, Forbes, Fast Company, and Communication Arts.Mina likes ampersands, Oreos, traveling, cupcakes, and the color pink.She lives in Oakland, California.

Ahmad Awais

Ahmad Awais is an award-winning open-source engineer and a Google Developers Expert. As a principal developer advocate, he cares deeply about developers and developer experience. Awais has built hundreds of DevTools used by over 2 million developers like his Shades of Purple theme suit. He’s mostly known for his open-source community contribution in the Node.js Community Committee as well as a decade of that in the WordPress Core software (which empowers 1/3rd of the web).

Jason Lengstorf

Jason Lengstorf is a developer advocate, senior engineer, and occasional designer at Gatsby. He’s an advocate for building highly productive teams through better communication, well designed systems and processes, and healthy work-life balance, and he blogs about that sometimes. He lives in Portland, Oregon.

Gift Egwuenu

Gift Egwuenu is a software developer and technical writer based in Lagos, Nigeria. She is passionate about making the web accessible to everyone and also an advocate for building open-source projects and she enjoys solving complex problems using web technologies.

Ives is passionate about creating a good and easy to use UI. He's the co-founder of CodeSandbox, an online code editor that aims to make it easier to create web applications.

Silm is a tall experience designer & co-founder from Lagos, Nigeria who watches basketball games at night instead of sleeping. He has been designing for 6 years and is a fan of emotional design, good kicks, video games and babies.

Sara Vieira

Yoav Weiss

Yoav Weiss has been working on mobile web performance for longer than he cares to admit, on the server side as well as in browsers. He now works as part of Google Chrome developer relations team, helping to fix web performance once and for all.

Sharon Steed

Sharon Steed is an international keynote speaker, author and founder of Communilogue, a corporate empathy and communications consultancy. Sharon is a subject matter expert on communicating with empathy.

Anjana Vakil

Anjana suffers from a debilitating case of curiosity, which led her from philosophy to English teaching to computational linguistics to software development. As a map rendering engineer at Mapbox, she can usually be found in San Francisco; that is, when she's not speaking at events around the world, trying to share the joy of coding and advocate for a more diverse & accessible tech industry.

Franziska Hinkelmann

Franziska has a Ph.D. in mathematics and is a senior engineer at Google working on the Cloud Platform team in New York City. She’s a member of the Node.js Technical Steering Committee and an expert on JavaScript performance. When she's not working hard on making Node.js better on the Cloud Platform, she's probably out riding horses.

Burke Holland

Burke Holland is a front-end developer living in Nashville, TN; the greatest city in the world. He enjoys JavaScript a lot because it's the only way he Node to Express himself. Get it? Never mind. Burke blogs only slightly better than he codes and definitely not as good as he talks about himself in the third person. Burke works on the Azure team at Microsoft on behalf of JavaScript developers everywhere.

Simona Cotin

Simona Cotin is a web developer with a passion for teaching. She spends most of her time tinkering with JavaScript in the cloud and sharing her experience with other developers at community events like meetups and conferences or online. As a Cloud Developer Advocate, Simona engages with the web community to help create a great developer experience with Azure. She loves shipping code to production and has built network data analytics platforms using Angular, Typescript, React, and Node.js.

Julie Lerman has been designing and developing software for over 30 years. She has been self-employed for most of that time and currently focuses on coaching software teams around the world. Julie is a Docker Captain, a long time Microsoft MVP and a Microsoft Regional Director. She is happiest when she can make the learning path easier for other developers through books, Pluralsight courses, conferences and articles.

Leslie Cohn-Wein

Leslie is a “front of the front end” engineer at Netlify who works remotely from Dallas, Texas. She got her start working in the NYC agency world, developing sites for clients like Nintendo and Jerry Seinfeld. She occasionally co-hosts the devchat.tv podcast React Round Up, and is a doting dog mom to a basset hound mix named Burt Macklin.
